The Belgian Office, Taipei serves as a link between Belgian and Taiwanese organisations, companies and individuals alike. It principally promotes trade, investment and cultural exchanges between Belgium and Taiwan.
The Trade Section responds to trade inquiries, provides market information and assists in locating Taiwanese partners for Belgian companies and organisations in various sectors of activities. It assists trade visitors and commercial delegations from Belgium to meet appropriate counterparts in Taiwan. It organises group seminars and road shows for Belgian organisations and companies. The Trade Section is also committed in promoting the Belgian investment environment of the different Regions of Belgium to Taiwanese companies interested in setting up operations in Europe.
The Administrative Section assists travellers in applying for Schengen visas and Belgian resident visas. It also provides administrative and consular services for Belgian and Luxembourg nationals.
